Not covered by this guarantee

• The water heater unit itself — covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 6–12 years). We’ll help you file manufacturer claims.

• Damage from misuse, accident, fire, flood, freezing, or earthquake

• Sediment, scale, or corrosion from water quality or skipped maintenance

• Work performed by anyone else after our installation

• Pre-existing conditions in your home’s plumbing, gas, electrical, or venting outside our installation scope

The guarantee applies to water heaters purchased from and installed by Happy Water Heaters, at the original installation address.

You keep it maintained

Maintain the unit per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Central Coast water is hard on water heaters — our annual maintenance plan handles this for you automatically and keeps your coverage active.

You’re the original customer

Coverage belongs to the original customer at the original address, for as long as that unit stays in service. It ends naturally when the unit is replaced.

Every water heater we install comes with the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit and its internal components — typically 6 to 12 years depending on the model. That covers the tank, the burner, the thermostat, the parts inside.

Our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee covers everything the manufacturer doesn’t: the connections, the venting, the strapping, the labor. Together, the whole job is protected — and if a manufacturer claim ever comes up, we handle the paperwork with you.
