About the Same-Day Guarantee

What if I call at 12:30?

We’ll still do everything we can to get you hot water today — we just can’t promise it under the guarantee. The free-if-late offer requires scheduling by noon, but we never turn down a job without trying first.

Does this apply to tankless water heaters?

No — tankless installations involve venting, gas-line, and sizing work that responsibly takes longer than a day in many homes. We install tankless units all the time, quoted and scheduled individually. The Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee covers both.

Is the unit free too if you’re late?

The installation labor is free — you still pay for the water heater itself and materials. The labor is typically the biggest part of the job, and waiving it is a real cost to us. That’s the point.

What counts as a business day?

Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Call us and we’ll tell you straight whether today qualifies.
